vm creation failed - failed: File exists

Hi all,

i have a error:

Formatting '/var/lib/vz/images/4134/vm-4134-disk-1.vmdk', fmt=vmdk size=107374182400 compat6=off 
TASK ERROR: create failed - close (rename) atomic file '/etc/pve/nodes/andromeda/qemu-server/4134.conf' failed: File exists

It´s a Bug for Bugtracker or how can i fix it automatical?

sorry, it was solved. VM exists on a other node.
