VM Cpu usage 100%

Hi,
I am new to Proxmox, I set it up and installed some VMs and I can see for example Kali always staying at 100%, running htop inside it confirms the 100% cpu usage.
I have assigned it 4 processors and it's the same, previously I have assigned 2.
Also I am not sure what is the start-stop daemon as it looks like it's taking the whole CPU usage.

I don't see how Proxmox can do anything here. Maybe ask the maintainers/forum/mailing-list of Kali why that process is using 100% all the time?
