[SOLVED] VM backup excluding disk not working

I have a VM with 2 disk running a linux guest. Disk-1 is set to not backup.

Inside the VM, disk-0 is the sda (root filesystem) and disk-1 is sdb (mounted on /cloud).
Disk-0 is only using 17G of space.

When I run a VM backup using the GUI, the size of the backup (100GB) implies it is backing up both disk (and maybe something else). Below is the log from the backup job.

Is there any reason not to run fstrim regularly through a cron job?
 
Trimming too often is not good for the life of flash memory.

Debian based systems trim automatically (cron) once a week, in the night from sunday to monday.
 
On my ubuntu system, looks like it's running weekly. I made a big change a few days ago and it just hadn't run since which is why I was seeing the large file size on the backup. Should be good to go now. Thanks for the assistance.
