Hello to everyone,
I'm trying to configure proxmox to use one disk to store the operating system itself and another disk (2 disk in raid 1 mode) to store the virtual machine.

Is it possible?

Can someone help me to configure my server correctly?

Thank you in advance

Matteo

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.

Should I just mount the "Virtual Machine drive" under VM path?

Can you tell me the VM path?

Matteo

install proxmox on the first disk.

then create a lvm-storage with your raid1, mount it where ever you want. Create the Storage in Proxmox-Webinterface as a Directory. Then you can put your vms there.
