virtio balloon driver could not be loaded 0.1.185

Has anyone ran into a problem with 2k12R2 and the virtio balloon drivers not loading? I'm using the latest stable versions but it keeps coming back with it couldn't be loaded.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Every other driver works fine.

I ended up totally uninstalling the device in Device Manager and reinstalled it. For some reason this worked this time.

For someone coming across, the same procedure worked for me. Detailed steps bellow.

1. Uninstall the driver in Device Manager -> Including "Delete the driver software for this device" checked.
2. Reboot the System
3. Install the Unkown Device in Device Manger using the VirIO driver (Browse my computer for driver software -> point to the mounted iso drive root -> Check Including subfolders -> OK

The driver was successfully installed.
