Video card passthrough for Proxmox server

Hi everyone!

So I'm rebuilding me server with Proxmox 6.2 and I want to do a video card passthrough. Since space inside my case is limited, I was wondering if I can use a mining card adapter like pictured below. This would give me a lot of flexibility for the GPU.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Depending on what you need the GPU for, this will not deliver enough bandwidth to the GPU as only very few PCI lanes will actually be passed through.
