Hi all
Wishing all the best for this New Year.
I have a couple of VHDX image file created with SysInternals disk2vhd program, this creates a virtual of the drive but is only the data size.
IE the Hard drive was 40GB (1 Partition) Windows XPPro. The size of the VHDX is 4.6GB.
I need to mount this in Proxmox what is the best procedure to convert to
QCOW2 image.

Hi
I have used the qemu-img convert, but what do I do re disk size and mounting?
New to Linux and Virtualisation, so the Kiss method please.
I have created a new VM with same details, copied the created qcow2 image into that folder, re named, when I start it comes up no boot device....

Might have been better to convert to vhd rather than vhdx
