VG name issue using openfiler with proxmox LVM

Hi,
I have noticed a small issue with VG name in Openfiler when using with Proxmox.
Proxmox detects the iscsi target without a problem, but does not give you ability to use that iscsi storage to create multiple VMs. So I added the LVM storage on proxmox and selected the same iscsi storage that I previously created. However, when I do that proxmox asks me for a VG name. If I give the same VG name as openfiler, then in openfiler there is a duplicate entry of the same VG name. If I choose a different name, then a new VG with same name is created in openfiler. This new VG uses the same Logical Volume that was created by openfiler earlier.
So my question is that why does proxmox does not detect the VG name (from poenfiler) when I create an LVM storage?

I consider this is an Openfiler bug.

Because that is technically not possible (iSCSI does not export any information about underlying LVM groups).
