Hello @all,

I need for a special installation the Proxmox version 9.0.11. It's possible to get a download for this version,
should i install version 9.0 and then upgrade to Version 9.0.11? If yes, how is the best way for this?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

first of, there is no a version 9.0.11 - you are most likely referring to the version of the pve-manager package, I assume.
This in not really possible, as Proxmox VE uses a rolling release model. Meaning, you need the proper and matching version of all packages.
The closest you will get is probably just installing the 9.0-1 ISO.

If you need/want to roll out the exact same packages across a fleet of machines, I recommend using POM: https://pom.proxmox.com/
This tool enables you create a snapshot of the required apt repositories.

Why do you need that exact version?

Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response.
We currently have a Proxmox cluster with three nodes, to which a fourth node is to be added.
Since we want all nodes to be on the same version if possible, I wanted to install the mentioned version in advance.
We cannot yet upgrade to 9.1 because the NVIDIA drivers are not supported there.
I will install the new node with version 9.0 and integrate it into the cluster.

Best regards,
