usrquota within OpenVZ container

I want to set up user quotas within my container.

Proxmox 1.9, two disks, ext3, mounted to / and /home1

Container Ubuntu Lucid, two disks
/ mounted from /var/lib/vz/private/101
/home1 mounted from /home1/101

/ within container has user quotas enabled (via Proxmox web interface)

How do I enable user quotas on /home1?
Do I need additional parameters in my 101.mount?
