After using "systemctl restart networking", my internal virtual machine cannot access the Internet. I checked the bridge and found that after restarting, the interfaces connected to the bridge would disconnect, with no errors in the logs. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

The association of bridge-ports to brigdes used to get lost upon `systemctl restart networking`, which is why Proxmox VE recommends ifupdown2, where you can use `ifreload` (this is also what is exposed on the GUI for reconfiguring the network.

I hope this helps!
