Hi,
I want to use the real-time preemption kernel patch, but obviously (because I'm writing here) it didn't work.
So my questions are:
1. Has anyone done it before?
2. Do I have to build it from scratch using a vanilla kernel, debian/openvz/rt patches?
Problems:
- No kernel-sources for pve kernels (in repos)
- failed to patch openvz into a vanilla kernel (2.6.24) something about sched.u not having a member called ve_info...
- standard kernel with rt has naturally no openvz support
ANY information would be appreciated!
If you need info on the problem i'll try to provide 'em but at the moment my brain feels kinda fried.
