Greetings. I was wondering if there's a possibility for using Proxmox without HTTP and by using HTTPS directly, or plans to implement it?
I know that it imposes a security risk as all the communication is insecure. However this makes my setup more difficult to set up. Here's what my desired outcome is: I host multiple Proxmox nodes behind a router which does not expose Proxmox ports/instances to public, and I want to run an Nginx instance on different server, and use it together with Certbot + Let's Encrypt to use it as a reverse proxy, only allowing to access Proxmox from Nginx. And I want to let Certbot deal with certificates renewal by itself, however it is more difficult when the certificates are generated by Proxmox itself.
So, do you think it's possible to use plain HTTP, and if not, do you think it's 1) feasible and 2) worth to implement?
