Using Proxmox VE Community Subscription 4 CPUs/year on 2 Dell/2-CPU servers?

We just purchased a VE Community 4 CPU subscription to use on 2 Dell servers, each with 2 CPUs. How do we use the license on both servers or do we need to split the subscription into 2 subscriptions of 2 CPUs?
