Using dedicated ethernet card

Is there any way to use dedicated ethernet cards with guest systems?
directly in command line i can dedicate hardware to guest systems with parameter -pcidevice pci-id

You can pass arbitrary parameters using the 'args' option of qm. See

# man qm

But AFAIK pci pass true does not really work with kernel 2.6.24
