Using acpi_idle instead of intel_idle driver

Hi,
im trying to use the acpi_idle driver instead of intel, but its not working. Anybody could help me here?
I have put into my /etc/kernel/cmdline this: intel_idle.max_cstate=0
But its always loading the intel_idle driver.
Any help here?
