User Blacklist => Quarantaine instead of reject

Hi,

our users are complaining, that blacklisted email addresses are still present in the quarantaine email and put to their quarantaine instead of being rejected.

How can i change the PMG behaviour to reject user blacklisted email addresses instead of putting them to quarantaine?

the user-block/welcome lists only tweaks/changes the Spamscore of a mail - so it would only prevent mails from being put in quarantine due to a too high spamscore.

if that's not the issue in your case - please share the logs of such a mail (user listed the address, the mail still got put in quarantine) - along with the relevant rules from your ruleset
