Background: I installed 3 USB WiFi7 WiFi NICs via a USB Hub on USB interface of a PVE server/Node. And assign each NIC to a Win11 VM, via Add USB device. And the VM with wireless USB NIC is used for WiFi testing (authentication)

Symptoms: after sometimes, when I connect the win 11 to a SSID, suddenly, the Wireless NIC is gone random. Cannot connect to any SSID. Check the NICs, the NIC is gone

Question: What's the problem? Anyone encounter this issue?

Workaround: Every time, I have to remove the USB device from the hardware of the VM. Then, add the NIC back. In the most of times, it works. But, after sometimes, it may happen again.

This issue make me crazy when I demo the authentication feature to the customer for NIC is gone. I have to fix it during the demo.

How to make it stable?

This is not so uncommon for USB devices unfortunately, regardless of Proxmox. I'm looking for a Linux-compatible USB Ethernet NIC and almost every device has at least one review (Linux and/or Windows) that mentions that it sometimes requires re-plugging.
