Usb set for window 2008 guest

I installed the latest version of the kernel 2.26.32-4 Proxmox
Install a window system server 2008 by kvm
Now try to read the usb from window and do not get it usb detect and I can not decipher what I am missing

1.) Plugged USB hard drive into host.
2.) Used lsusb and saw the new device. Let's call it "X:X". (see 2c)
3.) Used the following at host console: qm set 102 -hostusb X:X
4.) Completely shutdown the guest.
5.) Started guest.
6.) Guest do not sees usb - Server Manager -> Disck Management But do no show usb Window can not see the usb

Sorry to be insistent.
The same configuration works fine with window xp, then if I can access the usb.
But with window server 2008 I get this error.
The USB mass storage device will function ad reduced sppeed
You must add a HI_SPEED USB host controller to dis computer obatin maximun perfoance

And click

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click 'Check for solutions'to send data about this device to
Micrososft and to see if there is a solution available.
