USB Drive disconnecting

I have 2 USB drives that appear to become disconnected after a period of time, I have to unplug them from server and plug them back in to get them to be found again

when the drives disappear, do you still see them in lsblk or lsusb ?

here is something for you to see, they show under storage as fine and see the config of it, but on the left you see the question marks

lsusb not that I recognize

check dmesg for usb related messages:

dmesg -T | grep usb
