I get this in Spam Quarantine when I "Toggle Spam Info". What does this mean and do I need to change something?

Never mind.... looks like this happens when you use Quad Nine or other Public DNS...

For others some background: The URIBL has a rate limit for non paying customers and that is easily reached if you use a public DNS resolver. For that it is better to set up your own DNS resolver for the PMG so you are the only one querying against the URIBL from that IP, therefore are much less likely to run into the rate limit.
The Proxmox Mail Gateway Getting Started Wiki page has a link to a guide on how you can set up a DNS resolver on the PMG directly.
