Good morning, could someone help me, yesterday a server of ours stopped accessing via the web, I can access via ssh, but not via the web, I would like to know if anyone knows the path that is the vm in version 4.10 of proxmox .. .

I'm going to try to remove the vm, and play on another machine that already installed version 7... But how not to backup... If anyone knows the path that is the vms (folder) /etc/????

just use vzdump for backing up your VM

it doesn't go up via the web, the machine turned off one of the machines and it wouldn't go up, we restarted the server without making a back-up, now it doesn't go up via the web, I have access via ssh (terminal)
