UPS temporarily unusable

hi, I'm trying to connect a UPS (tecnoware era lcd 0.65) via USB to my proxmox server with NUT. I type the "lsusb" command and it identifies it as Fry's electronics and gives me the error message "cannot read device status, Resaource temporarily unavailable (11)"

Would you know how to fix it, thank you very much

Dunno what's going on there, but I've never had problems with Cyberpower

Grab the docs from the manufacturer's site and see if it's compatible out of the box with Linux or if you need to compile a kernel driver / need additional software
