Upload a file do nothing

Proxmox 5.3
fresh install
upload virtio ISO took 3 seconds, it's perfect
try to upload a windows 10 ISO and it just sit there doing nothing, no traffic on my PC

it worked in chrome, was in EDGE, this can be deleted !
