hey guys -
Im looking to upgrade proxmox to the latest from my current version.
Current Version:
I have a software mirrored disks as below (I used the install process in 3.4 to create a ZFS mirrored raid.).
What I was going to do was
1. Disconnect one of the sda3 drives (disk-B) (pull the cables out)
2. Boot up on 1 drive only. (disk-A)
3. Perform Upgrade
4. If upgrade successful, then power down and insert the original disk (disk-B) that was removed.
5. Power up - which I hope the old disk (disk-B) will get rebuild with the latest data from (disk-A).
6. If upgrade is unsuccessful, then
6.1 Remove (disk-A), and insert origional (disk-B)
6.2 Boot and test
6.3 Power down, insert (disk-A) and I hope (disk-A) will get rebuild with the latest data of (disk-B).
My question is this - Will my steps above work as intended?
