Updates installed 15-OCT-2025 (PVE 9.0.11) has broken Bluetooth

I upgraded my PVE 8 to 9 this past weekend. I have a Home Assistance installation here. No issues at all after the upgrade. Today I noticed in the HA dash board there were updates to PVE and I performed them. After the updates were installed (even rebooting several times), the Bluetooth is no longer working.

Bluetooth on this system comes from an Intel AX-210 card in a PCI slot with USB cable to the motherboard - has worked this way nearly a year.

This what Home Assistant is now showing:

Not sure what else you might need/want - just ask.

Strange that it is seen in the SHELL (see above) - but I deleted it from Home Assistant - rebooted and it did not come back (usually it would put it back automatically). I tried to manually add the Integration and got this (which gives indication that the adapter is not there):
