Update PVE 7.4-3 to 7.4-17 error on GRUB installation - what to do

I am updating a PVE installation that has an uptime of 283 days and is running on an HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen10 Plus v2.
I have the Enteprise repositories, which is good, I guess.
Done multiple updates on other servers too but never ran into this issue.
About 100 updates to process and it errors out with below error; I chose Yes but I did not choose to reboot yet. What should I be aware of next? Or shold I try to install GRUB manually again?
What is the risk of the system not boting if I choose to reboot now or if it reboots on its own?
Note: the server is located in a remote datacenter.
