Here is an issue I am having, I seem to have entered details in wrong and now I am getting an error.

I'll post a few screenshots, to show what is going on.

You seem to have two issues :
a) you "buster" instead of "bookworm" in the Debian repo. You can find examples of the lines here:
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_Repositories#sysadmin_no_subscription_repo
Or simply change the word in the file
b) you have a problem with DNS resolution. Check your /etc/resolv.conf

Okay, so first off I'll share this screenshot

Mmm, nameserver was set to 127.0.0.1

I have a second working Proxmox server and was able to compare the two and have corrected it.

And its still set to buster.

--Update--
I used nano here /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-enterprise.list on the file where it was set to buster and just copy and pasted this, deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm pve-no-subscription
And after a reboot, it worked.
