Hello, when removing quiet from GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, then this message is seen by journalctl -b



N.B. pcie_acs_override=downstream is added, hopefully, it is not causing the error.

Maybe you have added unseen special character which is even not shown to log as cannot interpreted ?
if you remove, boot, and add again your pcie_acs_override and boot you see if that is causing the error.
