Unable to see Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500

Proxmox 7.3-3
Windows 10 Pro guest

I previously had this document scanner attached under Proxmox 7.1 but after upgrading to 7.2 and beyond, the scanner is no longer seen by Windows. This is regardless of whether I remove the device and add again via vendor/ID or full passthrough. Nothing is listed under device manager. Any thoughts?

It's been a few weeks. Any other information I could provide to help the forums to find a solution?
