Unable to run updates after changing Proxmox IP address in my home network

I setup a new router and provider and then had to change a number of IP addresses due to the IP range in the new router. I changed the address in /etc/network/interfacesand /etc/hostsand can now access the web interface. I then ran an update but now it doesn't connect. I get:

assume you use your router as DNS, could you check if you have it configured correctly under "Host" > "System" > "DNS"?

I use AdGuard Home (Raspberry Pi) as a DNS blocker. All traffic is directed there. It was set up that way before and didn't cause a problem.
I forgot to change it and thought adding the correct IP would solve it but now I get:

what are the ip addresses of a) vpe host, b) router, c) dns server?
please also post your /etc/network/interfaces and /etc/resolv.conf
