Unable to remove backup schedule

I get the following error trying to remove a backup schedule that I created:

[FONT=tahoma, arial, verdana, sans-serif]unable to open file '/etc/pve/vzdump.cron.tmp.1677' - Input/output error (500)[/FONT]


[FONT=tahoma, arial, verdana, sans-serif]So I went to look for the file and its not there the only thing I found was the cron job itself. I wasnt able to edit the vzdump.cron to remove the backup schedule.


I also tried to edit it and i get the following error

Thank you i wish i could have found that myself lol. Restarting the file system worked.
