unable to install proxmox 5.1 kernel panic

On a new server I am not able to install proxmox 5.1
I've a dell 2 fiber channel card Qle2462 and this is the cause of kernel panic.
Without it I am able to install proxmox but I need this card.
I've update firmware of the card and server bios without no luck.

Your hardware is sending on NMI from this screenshot (reason 39)
Try if you can find from out, maybe in your BIOS/Fimware if this was logged, and the reason of that.
 
I am able to install windows.. so it is a problem related to this linux version
