Hi,
Can anyone help me create a new monitor again? My PVE6, 4, and 3 mon show me the clock shew error. I destroyed them and recreated them, but mon.pve3 and mon. pve4 recreate successfully, but mon.pve6 shows me an error (monitor address '10.227.140.36' already in use (500)) and does not allow me to create the new monitor again.
Also, it shows me the clock skew error again on mon.pve3 and mon.pve4

How did you remove it?
Does it still show up if you run ceph -s?

okay, then check the following places for anything remaining:
/etc/pve/ceph.conf:
is it still referenced in the
Code:
[global]
mon_host

line?

Is there still a full section for this mon?
Code:
[mon.pve6]

If I see it correctly, the IP address of pve6 is still in the mon_host line in the global section.

Thank you for your help. The issue was resolved by deleting it from the global section.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve the clock skew error as well?

Make sure that chrony (/etc/chrony/chrony.conf) has timeservers configured that can be reached by all nodes.

The file does not display anything on any of the nodes.

With with PVE version were the installed initially? If it was pre PVE 8 then you can install chrony manually:
apt install chrony

Can you please help me with this issue? When I try to access the Proxmox node pve7 from any of my other nodes (1-6), I can see node7 and its running VMs, but I'm unable to access the shell of the node or the console of the VMs running on pve7. However, when I access the interface directly from the pve7 IP, I can use the shell and access the consoles of the VMs without any problems.

You will have a better chance searching for this or creating a new thread, instead of letting this evolve into different topics.

Have you tried to run the suggested ssh-keygen command on that node? If that doesn't help -> new thread :)
