Unable to copy and paste between the host and a Windows VM on Proxmox VE 8.4.0

Hello,
I'm unable to copy and paste between my host machine and a Windows virtual machine (with GUI) on Proxmox VE 8.4.0. I'm accessing the interface via Firefox and using the SPICE console.
Does anyone have a solution or a simple alternative to transfer text between the host and the VM?

If you really use SPICE, you would not use Firefox to view, only to download the file for virt-viewer, is that the case? If not, copy & paste cannot work via SPICE. Have you installed the spice tools in Windows?

noVNC does support copy & paste of text from/to windows with clipboard option.

Please post the VM config (text or screenshot), so that we can see what you actually have configured.
