ubuntu guess cannot start

Proxmox 1.3 bar metal iso
Only use openvz
webmin 1.4.9

I've a strange problem, i've one vz host on ubuntu to host a svn server (its work)

This evening i try to add a new vz (150) by using the same template as the svn server (ubuntu 8 deliver by proxmox community), i create the new machine succefully but its cannot start.

I try to build a another host (103 ) by use a debian template and its work.

I try to delete the template and download it again, but i've the same problem.

Its stay mounted but vm don't work, and i've no interesting log. I 'm lost

I would like to continu to use ubuntu template and i would like to understand why the vm don't start.

Whats the output of the init process (see VM logs on the web interface)

That's the problem i've no init log and syslog !

init log :

starting init logger

Its so dificult to find and issus with no log, i'm sorry
