[SOLVED] ubuntu 20.04

Hello,

Can I ask if ubuntu 20.04 works with proxmox cloud-init ? We create template from ubuntu 20.04 server edition, but cloud-init is ignored during boot, on 18.04 this work without any problem.

Check the cloud.cfg file in /etc/cloud/. Also try running cloud-init clean and then reboot.
Some cloud images seem to be preconfigured strangely as well as the Ubuntu cloud-init package.

Thank you for tip, I did review cloud configs but there is nothing special, same template works for me in openstack, but cloud-init in proxmox not handling this in ubuntu 20.04. This shall work in proxmox ?

I downloaded a minimal cloud image which works after some tweaks:

Thank you for tips, on ubuntu 18.04 this was not needed, on 20.04 this helped
