Hello all,
I am very new to this so please forgive my ignorance. I have tried searching for answer but could not find a solid answer. I know what i want to do can be done in VmWare assigning two different IP address from different subnets by creating a new vSwith. However i have not been able to figure out how to do this in Proxmox. My physical box has two physical NIC cards and both of them are connected to ports that are on separate vlans. What i would like to do is to be able assign ip from one vlan to some machines and have other vm's be on separate vlan. I tried creating new Linux Bridge and assigned it to an empty NIC but GUI is complaining that gateway is already in use even though i was putting a different gateway.

Sorry i am very new to this. All i want is to have some of my vm's on lets say .5 subnet and others on .6 subnet. My .5 subnet is going directly to my router which assignes IP's to some of the VM's automatically, i would like to have the same for my .6 subnet. Is it possible to do that?
