Hi,
I am not sure if this has been reported.

I've encountered a scenario where I see two cdrom devices reported in the boot screen and the OS. It seems that if you have two devices on IDE bus 0 and you have none on bus 1, you will encounter this.

To reproduce in GUI:
1. Create a KVM vm; just enter a vm name and leave everything as default
2. Add a second cdrom device, IDE 0:1
3. Delete the first cdrom device, IDE 1:0
4. Start the vm and you should see the boot screen display two cdrom devices
