Turning on proxmox server

Hi, I've been trying to configure my proxmon server for days to turn it on "Wake on line" via the "Wolow" app on my cell phone via my home wifi network, I only managed to turn it on but not turn it off, the strange thing is that it doesn't I can understand how to avoid it is that the server, in the evening I turn it off and the following morning I find it turned on; so I need two pieces of advice/information:

1) how to avoid turning on the server automatically
2) how to turn off the server via my mobile phone app

Using the Proxmox Android app (not sure if it does that)?
Usually you would SSH into the server or make use of the PVE API.

My guess would be that your app is powering it on via WoL without you wanting that.

I use the Wolow iOS app and I also have the Aprox app, but with the latter, from what I understand, you can only turn the VMs on and off, and not the server

I'm looking for a way to turn the server on and off from a mobile phone, for now via the home network and the next step also from outside, but given the problems I'm having I'm finding it tough
