Trying to Create LVM

But the disks are not there. Just says No disks unused. Probably doing something wrong but...

When you look on your picture below sdc is your pve os disk with lvm installed while the other 2 you made label, partition and ext4 on so it's normal you haven't a disk free for another lvm yet.

I know, but should I create LVM's for the 2 others and if then how?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish here? You're not posting enough detail.
