TrueNAS VM unable to access network

I am able to install from the installation media, but the network seems totally borked and I am unsure if the issue is with proxmox or truenas.
The ip address it grabbed is not from a subnet I support and is also unreachable, even just to a ping
I tried changing the default gateway, but was told it was unreachable. 1.1.1.1 is also not resolving.
Also tried disabling the proxmox firewall just in case it was causing problems.
Some of the ip's in the images are not accurate anymore because I have rebuild a bunch of times, but everything else is the same
