Tracking Center PMG 8 communication failure (0)

Hi all,

I am encountering a communication failure (0) error in the tracking center.

I can still use tracking-center if I choose a start time of May 29, 2024 or earlier. Start time after May 29, 2024 I cannot use it and get a communication failure error (0)

How can I resolve this error?

I'm having the same error now.
When I use the command on the shell directly, it shows results, but web UI show this.
Need help please
