Timeouts and gaps in graphs after changing motherboard, time related?

I had to swap out the motherboard in my Proxmox node, and since then I have been having some odd issues:

First, all the graphs were empty and stretching until 1970. I was able to fix this by deleting files in /var/lib/rrdcached/db/.

Now I have more issues: I keep getting timed out from the web interface and the login pops back up again after only a few minutes. Also, there are gaps of 2-3 minutes every now and then in my Proxmox graphs.

I think these are still time related issues, but I am not sure how to fix it.
Below are outputs from some time-related commands:

Code:
root@bedrock:~# date && hwclock -r && rdate -4npuv ptbtime2.ptb.de && timedatectl
