I was able to passthrough a P400 to my Plex server and it is working great. However as I have process running in the backgound, I leave the Win10 VM logged in automatically. RDP won't work as it logs out when I disconnect.
TightVNC is installed, but just gives me a black screen now (migrated from ESXi). Is there a way to get VNC working again in the VM?

TightVNC is installed
as "Service", it should works.
if you open vnc server as application or TeamViewer for example, under RDP session, their screen will bind to RDP.
but if these apps runs as "service", their screen will be bind to the "Console".
(sorry for my wording)

The VNC Server is already installed as a service.

I was able to solve this by changing the display to "VirtIO-GPU". Tested a quick Plex transcode and still appears to be using the GPU.
