ticket-less remote Windows XP guest access help

So I have a Windows XP VM for a legacy application that doesn't work too well with Windows 10/11. I need to give remote access this to staff without them having to login to the Proxmox interface. I was hoping for a script, with say Plink, that would run on the local win10 machine to automatically launch the XP VM
I am aware of this script to allow a ticket to be automatically generated but I am not sure how to use this with a windows machine https://git.proxmox.com/?p=pve-manager.git;a=blob_plain;f=spice-example-sh;hb=HEAD

Using the Proxmox WebUI would be the cleanest solution. ACL's can be limited to one VM and readonly. Thus the VM could be separated from the subnet and it would be secure. https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#pveum_permission_management


The other way is to use VNC. Which is not recommended, because you need direct network access again.
