Throw a virtual camera into a VM

Installed the v4l2loopback package and hung it on /dev/video0. How to insert /dev/video0 device into VM?

No. Failed to throw the camera

Finally figured it out and what should I say - IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM! PROXMOX <3

Redirected a USB webcam through the SPICE viewer (remote-viewer) under Linux and used it as android camera to register a new WhatsApp Web application within the virtualized WhatsApp installation (Android x86).
