The VM restore dialog is missing a CPU type override, preventing live restore

We have a cluster of Epycs where we run the VMs with the Epyc CPU types for optimal performance (since we have different CPU generations we usually use the EPYC-Rome-v4 as the common denominator allowing livre migration). Sometimes we need to restore VMs from the cluster on Intel machines. When the VMs are large (512GB+) we'd like to use live-restore, but can't, as the restore dialog only offers overrides for a few basic settings, and the Epyc CPU type prevents a VM start on Intel CPUs.

So, we'd like to have the option to override the CPU type as well during restore. Ideally, any configuration should be overridable.

Of course, we could permanently run the VMs as x86-64-v3, but that leaves performance on the table.

I posted in hopes of learning of a workaround, and to possibly garner interest in a feature request.
But you raise a valid point: What is the best way to submit a feature request? We do have paid support, so we could create a ticket, but that seems like a misuse. The bug tracker doesn't sound ideal either, but if that is the usual channel, I can place the request there.
