Hello, I've searched forum topics as much as I could but couldn't find an answer. I apologize in advance if I missed anything.

My problem is this: I have containers running on Proxmox VE 9.2.3. When I check the uptime start and stop time information from the Linux (Debian, etc.) operating system installed in the containers, it appears to be retrieved from Proxmox VE 9.2.3. This means that even if the container reboots, the values displayed are correct in the Proxmox VE GUI, but incorrect on the Linux system running the container.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @severferdi

thanks for posting in the forum!

Can you please provide an example of such a misreported uptime?
I just tried replicating this issue locally but in my case uptime delivered the correct time of the container start and not the PVE hosts.

Yours sincerely
Jonas

Thank you j.theisen. Reinstalling the LXCFS service inside the container seems to have resolved the issue. I think it was a problem with the LXCFS service itself.
