The storage utilization rates are displayed inconsistently.

Hello, we are currently using three servers (three 300G HDDs and one 500G SSD) to set up a cluster testing environment with Proxmox 8.2.4. I have a question regarding the displayed storage capacities: in the cluster's GUI resources, the total storage capacity is shown as 1.27TB and the used capacity is shown as 452.6GB. However, in CEPH, the total storage capacity is shown as 1.8TB and the used capacity is shown as 1.22TB. Why are these values inconsistent?

The progress bar on the Datacenter Lever (first picture) show free storage for Local disks or space like attached SMB Shares etc ...), not CEPH.
- For progress bar on the Datacenter Level it also depends on LVM configuration and split of the space on local disk and it counts from all nodes.

The CEPH progress bar show free space on CEPH Level (Second picture) only.

sorry but that's not entirely correct

the datacenter overview shows the usable space of all storages (but tries to count shared storages only once, you can configure which ones are counted in the 'my settings' panel in the menu on the top right)
the ceph overview shows the 'raw' storage.

so in your case, 2*300G * 3 (nodes) = 1800G = 1.8T raw space
ceph uses 1.22T of that. with default replica 3 this results in usable storage of 1.22T/3 ~ 400G of 1.8T/3 ~ 600G, but the exact calculation is done by ceph (depends on how the data/disks are distributed)
